Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Products arriving in a damaged condition or products not matching the item(s) ordered, will be considered viable for a refund. Note that packages have to be checked on receipt and that detailed photographs of the reported damage must be sent to within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please appreciate that the item you will receive is a made-to-order item and therefore not viable for a refund unless the above criteria is met.
